the coin is UNC, it has some bag marks, the coin is well pressed. for it to be anything more then MS60, for me, the cheek would be cleaner, the rim more pronounced at the top on the obverse, and less "wear" on the rim (7 o'clock on the obverse). the coin is not centered in the planchet and the thin rim above the bust draws my eye there. the reverse seems centered.
