I'm going to go ahead and guess the grade on this is an MS-65. Is this about right, or is the grade lower?

I would say MS64 with the minor nicks on rim and what appears to be some marks on the check and also I see some light marks on background on the obverse. I have a habit of being extra critical being that I'd rather under judge than over judge a coin.
