I am thinking the 35-P is MS-64, the obverse seem to have scratches around the neck area that keeps it grading higher, overall peripheral around it have strong striking unlike the 42-S. The 42-S I would believe is Full Band and can grade as MS-63, but the date and partial lettering around the peripheral cause by worn die doesn't warrant it a higher grade IMO. I don't know if TPG take that into affect for grading. Report this Post to the Staff
