That is classic Machine Doubling (not a doubled die) not valuable, but some people collect MD for fun.

with the assessment of Machine Doubling ... note as well the double machine strikes shown in the excellent photo of the date ... makes this an interesting coin IMHO.

I would keep it in a 2x2 just for the unusual date strike.
