I need help for this 2001 canada 1 cent
the coin in the left looks for darker than the other one I saw a lot of 20011 cent and I havent seen like this dark
is this probably plated in a wrong planchet?

Looks like one that sat in the cupholder of my truck for a couple of months.It's quite normal.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Looks like environmental damage. You can always compare the weights of the 2 pennies to make sure.
