Starting to look like they are "emerging" from a bad LSD trip or something. They lost 215 million last year and they just got around to telling the governor about it yesterday?

Now that the skeltons are tripping over each other coming out the closet in Ohio, how far does the rot go throughout the whole country?

Hey longnine009, I think this is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Just like in "real life" when you start turning over stones, you never can tell what's been hiding under it waiting to crawl out.
