This new auction, by a Zero feedback seller looks very suspicious...price too low, registered mail only, and, mentioning of delays, and, overall scamming writing style...I wrote him, playing dumb, asking if I could just get a coin sent via priority mail, just to see what he says..I do not intend to buy, nor tie my money up in what appears to be a scam. cg http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMAZing-GEN...em3ccd8a62da========================= http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMAZiNG-GEN...em3ccd8a650a1 sold in the last 10 minutes... |

nice...probably the same guy who was selling a fake slab 1977-P Ike dollar PCGS PF70 last year...hijacked Heritage pic, and, a PF67 coin put in fake slab.... |

Not likely. These guys have nothing. No fake coins, no fake slabs, no physical goods whatsoever. They right clicked a few images and steal your money. Period.

Wonder if this is a copycat; seller appears to be a few IQ points down on the last ones.
Note that scubu and I aren't expressing much concern, especially with a new seller - he'll be gone long before he can ever extract any money out of Paypal.

Both auctions have dissapeared...I reported the 2 for shipping over-charges..you can't force registered mail as the only option...

So out of curiosity what exactly is the scam here in the sense what do they expect to come from it? Are they hoping that people will wait long enough they can withdraw the money or do that have a well used paypal account where they can just get it out right away?
