Would like to get a grade for this 1870 cent, I appreciate its not a great photo but its the best I can get from the person who wants to sell it.

F-12 is my thinking, because underneath the blurry photo I think Liberty is mostly visible if worn. I have a couple of other questions,

Is this the bold or shallow N variety, and is the off centre strike a bit unusual?

Hard to say for sure with the pics but F12 is reasonable. Shallow N

I agree with amida, F12 shallow N.
The off center is not terribly unusual and carries no premium.
Tough date in nice shape, hopefully the verdigris on the reverse hasn't done permanent damage

I passed in the end, because of the verdigris.

Sold for the equivalent of $139.
