Can I get your thoughts on how this 1966 P SMS LMC would grade?

I see a hit on Lincoln's cheek, which I find confusing because I thought SMS coins were handled differently than circulation coins. Would the Mint have these coins in a bag or bin before going into holders?

The lower part of the rim seems to disappear in the pic of the reverse, but that is not the case. I think it is an optical illusion created by the angle of the camera relative to the coin.

Thanks for your input. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8364/...90e1c9_b.jpg

If the hit isn't PMD, but an error, I'd guess a mid MS grade, maybe an MS-66? The highest I would go would be an MS-67.
