The reverse is a lot better than the obverse.
If there is an equal amount of wear on both sides, the obverse must have been struck with a worn die.
I agree with the grading that artdio has suggested for the obverse.
However, the reverse looks like about nearly uncirculated to me, I can't see much wear on this side.
