1972 Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ? - Coin Community Forum

MickeyBee Valued Member United States 163 Posts	Posted 12/29/2012 08:50 am Friends I feel this might be a 1972 DDO.I am hoping its the Wexlers DDO.That one is hard to detect the area of IN GOD WE TRUST due to its very moderate Doubling... Can someone ID this coin by just the DATE area? It does show some light Cuds on the rims area! Someone had told me that a good sign... Appreciate your help and advise. MickeyBee Valued Member United States 163 Posts	Posted 01/15/2013 02:21 am Thanks,for your expert view on the cent.In my Treasure Hunt..I have always wanted this one.I learned from CC online that these varaiety comes in 2 shapes one with the Cuds on the rims and one without.The one with the Cuds is a better example. Experts,here have asked for the LIBERTY closeups.I took a few shots of that part in different ways.I hope its satisfactory. I also was able to get a far better view into the IN GOD area and I can see some Moderate Doubling. It depends on your vote,its a good one to send in for Grading,etc. As,I repeated the pic.I see more doubling clearly. I hope its a Winner,Amen! God Bless, Beck, Linclon Cent Treausre Hunter.
