Perfectly reasonable considering anyone outside fo the U.S. is likely to put U.S. or united states in the search box if they are looking for that coin. Considering there are plenty of circulated proof coins running around out there, again, specifying uncirculated is not unreasonable. If you like I can take a pic of the stack of CIRCULATED proof coins my wife and I have from roll hunting. I will be the first to point out stupidity on an ebay listing.
