Technically a slight error was made by the die setter/machine operator when the reverse die was set but not considered a mint error overall. The rotation on your coin is very slight at about 10 to 15 degrees or so. Normally a rotation of at least 90 degrees is preferred for a slight premium and 180 degrees brings an even larger premium. However, on some older coins the die axis rotation could lower the premium on the coin/coins. Depends on the buyer I guess.
