Do you see the errors? the O in the quarter has extra metal with a line through it.. the dime has extra line of metal in the nose.. and the penny I believe is just a die crack? any feedback?

Nice finds!! I never find anything good.. But two days ago I found a 1940s Jefferson, 1940 mercury, 2 d mint ATB's (I find the P's daily, D's are rare in my area) and a really really nice 2000 WAM! :)

Thanks! and congrats on your finds! Is there a word for the quarter and dime I have pictured here? Or just common mistakes?

The name for what your penny and quarter have is a die crack I believe.

Thank you Argentum. I figured that was what it was on those two. Any info on what the dime might be?

A suggestion to help you get better response from the CCF experts ...
Post a single coin per thread with photos of the entire coin and area in question. State in your posting what you are seeing.
IMHO putting partial images of multiple coins in a single post ... and making us 'guess' what you are looking for does not elicit many replies.
That said ... the quarter and cent have die cracks. That extra metal on Roosevelt nose is a die chip. All three are common and the result of normal die wear ... no extra value for them.
Cool finds however and worthy to keep if you are into such things.
