I can get pictures of the reverses of these two coins. They are stuck in a folder. Feel free to guess the grade on the obverses.

Obviously you need clear photos of both sides of a coin for making a reasonable assessment of grade but I'll guess your cent makes EF-40. The half is AU-50 or so; based on the smooth and lustrous fields it might go higher but the hair appears to show some wear.
