What is this and what is it's value? The paper is see-through , yellow and has even darker yellow blemishes when held against light. I don't see folds but it has wrinkles.

Hi, what you have is a replica of a New York colonial bank note. Here is a link to a real note, different denomination though.

Any thing made on that waxy yellow parchment paper is always a reproduction btw.

replica note from the 1960's worth about 5-10 dollars...many colonial collectors buy them as fill ins until they get an authentic note
The real deal will cost you around $200+ in that condition...the signatures will not be the same color as the printing on the note
