I was recently at a coin show in Ontario Canada and I stumbled across the best deal of all time. I found a dealer who was an older man with all of his coins in old 2x2s with rusty staples. This told me that the coins had been packaged and priced a long time ago. Most of his coins in the Canadian binders were well picked over but, not the USA binder.
As most of you may know, Canada stopped minting silver coins in 1968 but, the USA Kennedy half dollars were still 40% silver until 1970. In the USA binder was 28 40% silver halves priced at $1.00 each!!The silver value of these coins at the time was around $5.00 each!!
