Anyone who has been doing this for awhile, how often do you find silver ones?

One 40% per $500 searched is my average lately.
When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors...
Roll hunting since '77
Dirt fishing since '72

Interestingly I have found a total of 6 walking liberty halfs, 4 franklins and only 3 90% kennedys.
Im up to about 40 40% kennedys.
I found it strange how the older coins are more plentiful in my area.

Sounds like a virgin silver area...similar to mine back in 2007 when 90% halves were common in cwr, I remember my first week of hunting finding an 1894 Barber half in a roll with half silver. I'll never forget a $20 roll of halves that same week, half full of 90% coin. Seems like just yesterday....sigh....

I dunno... I think things are pretty picked through here.
I would bet that my average is 1 90% coin for every 3 boxes or so and 1 40% per box. That seems on par with most people here.
