Clicking the middle mouse wheel is a bit tricky when you're stuck using your left hand to move the mouse. It's amazing how many times you'll have to attempt to click before it stops rolling up.

Yes, I'm right handed :)

It does, but for me (Mr. Uncoordinated), the result is an accidental scroll about as often as a successful click (and then missing a link).
