There are 5 known specimens of a 1916 Australian Halfpenny with an Australian reverse (which this has since it is an Australian 1/2d) and the Obverse of an Indian Quarter Anna. This is the coin he is attempting to describe.
The coin listed though has a normal Australian Obverse, hence it's your normal run of the mill 1916 halfpenny of which around 3.6 million were made.
