Broken-Coin Pillar of the Community United States 1812 Posts	Posted 01/05/2013 10:04 pm If you remove one staple from the holder, you can slide the coin out and set it on the outside for a clearer photo. I do this everytime I take pictures on coins in this type holder. Report this Post to the Staff

Coinsplus Valued Member Canada 430 Posts	Posted 01/05/2013 10:57 pm I have taken the coin out of the 2x2, and I have used a sony camera for the pics. A background... I don't collect error coins, but a few years back, I did show this to a collector/dealer in Vancouver who had a table at various coin shows in Vancouver and New Westminister, named Paul Johnson who is knowledgeable in errors. He said it was an error, but I didn't write what type it was. He was the person that placed the coin in the 2x2 with corner staples.
