Can someone explain how this rec'd a NGC MS65 grade w/ the scares on Anna's chin. I can't tell whether there is a scratch on her cheek or on the slab. From what I've learned I would have graded this MS62/63. I just want to know what I'm missing.

I think it's over graded also, just look at her chin and her cheek. I would have to say it would be a 63 and possibly a 64 but no way should it be a 65 and if you look under her neck it looks like it has 4 big hits

Reverse is maybe a 65, the obverse is max 62, those are very deep on the chin, and very distracting on the cheak they must have paid extra for that grade lol

I can't see it... theirs two gouges on the chin and what looks to be a scratch on the face. I think it's closer to 60.

If I had this NGC would be buyiong it back or refunding the difference of 63 to 65 price at least, waste of a grading fee too.

With that big scratch it cannot be any more than MS60. Without the scratch, but with the other dings on the obverse, MS62.
That is a pity, because the reverse is much better.
Why hasn't the whole slab been pictured?
