Found it tonite, doubled column between 10th and 11th. No match to coppercoins, any comments?

I don't think it's a double column.I see a mark on front of the building that lines up with the mark in the bay.There is also a mark on the steps that looks like it lines up with the mark in the bay.PMD? Just not sure,sorry.
