Probably only in the satin finish mint sets, but like Captain says, circulation strikes don't exist in a 70.

eBay! Just look for SGS graded coins. 99.999999999% of everything they grade is MS70.

Other than modern, specially made proofs and mintset types coinage, MS-70 graded coins are rare. When you do find them, they will be extremely expensive.

One 2003 in MS70, so basically they don't exist. I am sure if that one coin was broken from the slab and sent for regrading it would end up MS69 or 68. Satin coins won't count because they were handled differently from the time of strike.

Like others mentioned for circulation coins it will basically be impossible. Very few have even a single 70 and the populations will be so low they will only hit the market once in a blue moon and probably only when their current owner passes on.

Quote:There is a MS70 2003 LMC that exits And I believe it has been downgraded now as well. I know the one from the early 60's they graded as 70 turned in the holder as was bought back under the grade guarantee.
