I also agree with the others but, Ukee please don't put so much light on your coins It's hard to give a real good grade as, you can not see the fields that good.

Adding a homemade diffusor would help to spread the light around better (makes it less like a point source). I use parchment paper in front of my lights for photographing coins, and I find it makes images considerably less harsh.

Its definitely not the coin on the ebay picture. Just look at the flip that house the coin.

I have to agree with DBM here - the seller appears to have photos of two different coins in the listing you won. The photos that clearly show the high points of the obverse are of a higher grade coin than the one you received. Here's hoping for a favourable resolution.

about 2 coins for sure... But dont expect much from this seller...This seller does this quite often and he plays with bright lights to try and hide issues. So he will say that you got the coin in the pic and technically hes right.( wrong) .He once bought a .99 cent large cent from me and left me a neg. because the coin was not MS RED ?

I talked to the seller, said the coin was not graded correctly and that I would like to return it. He says sure, sorry about that and that he had the coin store grade all the coins for him.
I`m shipping the coin back, and will leave positive feedback if I get the funds back. While the coin is not sold correctly the service appears to be correct!
See what happens, and I will post the results. I think that I should have requested higher quality images. I don`t see what the problem would be to get higher quality images. Live and learn, however it makes me question crappy photos.

I have several 50 cents coins, all ICCS graded, EF-40. These coins are better quality than this one! Hard grading; this coin would barely get EF-40 if sent to ICCS.
