Hi All, This is my first post. I'd really appreciate your help identifying this coin. I'm not sure what it is exactly. The obverse looks similar to other issues around the time, but I have not seen the reverse before. Any thoughts? Thanks

Numista lists this 1889 Umberto I medal (minted with 2 holes) as a "Personality Medal". Seems it's just to celebrate what a great bloke he was.
