Unfortunately, the designation happened after I sold the coin in my ebay liquidation - the new owner submitted it, and it was designated as a new VAM.

Ah, well. You win some, you lose some.

It didn't exactly get past me; I've posted and talked about the details which netted this coin the designation in forums before. I just never chose to submit it. In fact, I recall a coin with similar features being posted here by someone else recently - I'll have to dig that thread up and let them know.
