whats goin on on this bill?
It's that big extra info piece on the right side of it. Anyone knows why it was there? Was it one of those on every bill?

Or is it something special? Googled and eBayed looking for something similar, but no luck on finding anything.

Can anyone chip in with some info on a bill like this?

It is for record keeping. These notes were torn from the stub along the perforation when they were issued for circulation.

This is an unissued remainder with the stub still attached.

thanks.

So that would be proof of it being uncirculated then, even though it doesn't have that actual quality?
It's not high of quality, but more a xf I think (Not good at grading currency)

"Uncirculated" is a term of art that describes the condition of a note. It is not used in the context of whether or not a note was actually used.

Unissued is the more appropriate term for describing a note that was never released for use.
