They both use Arabic, but only one is Arabian. The aluminum one is 5 Tunisian millimes, and the other one I believe is Saudi Arabian.

Whew, I've been going through the ID Required forum and putting the IDed coins in their correct place. I'm up to January.

SO, for the record, the Saudi coin is a 1/4 riyal from 1935.
