I'm working on buying a small collection of coins. So far nothing of real value but some interesting things to look at. This is an 1890 S/S possibly VAM-3. There are no die breaks and it doesn't have a far date. My guess is an XF45. I don't know if it's good enough for AU. What do you say? Thanks.

I'd have to say EF, but it could possibly slide into an AU-50.
I love the s/s, very nice. And the color is great!!
