If you do a search here for "temple token" you'll find lots of previous discussion about them. There are examples of early ones in silver - but anything modern like these are coper-nickel or "white metal". If you're going to collect those quarter annas - they are really nice coins - do look for them in UNC UNC examples can be had for really very little

well they are not magnetic and upper one weighs 25 grams while the lower one weighs 0.5 0z

Top two are temple tokens.
1/4 Anna, 1939. F condition worth about 35 cents.
1 Rupee, looks like 1942. Poor condition, worth bullion value.
