A 1891 O VAM-3A1 Weak E With A Full "E"

Here is a link to the 1891 O Vam-3a1 that is so early of a die state it has part of the "R" and a full "E" under the tail and the Mint Mark over the ribbon of Ms. Lib's head. Its going to Leroy Monday AM with the later die states. John, Ash, Pete and Brad cant see why this would not be a new "E" clash listing. As the Vam-3a1 has only been seen as a weak post polished E clasher. This is the Pre Polished type and I am sure its not common.
