2000 P Dime Error - Coin Community Forum

morgandude Valued Member United States 380 Posts	Posted 01/14/2013 6:59 pm Here is an 2000 P Dime. It appears on the obverse to have a "mushy" rim near "IN GOD WE TRUST". On the reverse it appears to be slightly beveled going into the center (high on the outside, low on the inside). The "red" rim area appears to be weak. What type of error is this? I believe that the outer layer has just worn away on the edges of your coin like many of the trillions of other dimes out in the wild. Report this Post to the Staff
