Here is an 2000 P Dime.

It appears on the obverse to have a "mushy" rim near "IN GOD WE TRUST". On the reverse it appears to be slightly beveled going into the center (high on the outside, low on the inside). The "red" rim area appears to be weak. What type of error is this? Is their any value to it?

Thanks!

Can you manage to post in-focus images on this site without requiring us to go through shenanigans on an unknown 3rd party photo hoster?

Dimes are copper coins clad in a copper/nickel coating. I believe that the outer layer has just worn away on the edges of your coin like many of the trillions of other dimes out in the wild.
