The phrase For Church and King is closely connected to the English Civil War. Maybe try the Society of King Charles the Martyr. Can't help with the initials though or the ribbon. Oops, sorry. Just had a closer look and I beleive it's CGB. Could stand for Church Girl's Brigade but not much info on Google. And yet another edit! It would be nice if this item was worth something. I am at the moment about to e mail the picture of this and an unknown coin to a dealer and see what he thinks of them.
