Hi there can anyone identify this please, I dont know if its a medal or token or even a paperweight. its quite large with approx 65mm diameter. I would be grateful if anyone can give me some info.

Can-Anyone-Identify-This?

The language is Arabic. And I believe that the two innermost words (directly below the tablet) translate to "University of Qatar". I assume it's a plaque or medal from that institution, or some department thereof.

wow thanks for the info, I'm amazed how this ended up in an lot of coins in an auction house in Nottinghamshire.
