Hmm. Interesting.

The 'T' and 'E' certainly scream MD, however, it's not consistent across all letters ...

.. and the 'Y' appears to show the split serif associated with a rotated doubled die. Same with the '3', to a lesser degree ..

.. but the rotations that appear on the 'Y' and '3' are in different directions ..

.. all of this combined makes me think it's a combination of Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling.

abderrahim, you might consider re-posting this on Lincoln Cent Resource forums [http://lincolncentresource.net/forums/]. I think it's interesting enough that it's worth more opinions from the folks over there that are dedicated to lincoln cents.

It is simply Machine Doubling with Die Deterioration. The photos show it all.

Thank you all for your answers.

SeattleMD: thank you for the advice.

I know that on Lincoln Cent Resource forums are specialist on 1 cent.

But also in CCF there are specialists who answers our questions and I did trusts their judgments.

I also know if there is an error of judgment about this 1 cent 1973 S, there will be many people who will intervene to correct the situation.

Thank's and sorry for my English.

Here is a simple rule of thumb. Machine Doubling will take away from the device because it is part of the device which has been pushed down. True doubled dies do not take, but add. Most doubled will appear fatter, some show separation. The "taking away" of the device shows on the right side of the 3, and under the letters in LIBERTY. Notice how that part has been pushed down. A true doubled die will be the same height as the device it doubles.
