1954-S LWC BIE Error Sealed In Littleton Package MS Grade

I had purchased 2 LWC sealed in the Littleton Cellophane packets. The 1954S LWC has a 'BIE' error plus what looks like a die chip in the 5 (see images). Unless you guys think otherwise, I'll leave the coin as found. My guess is it would grade around MS60 maybe 62. Thanks guys.
