Just noticed the wrapper info Chuckster.The 83 DDR was released around here way back when. Dealers were hitting the area making offers in the local paper.Harrisburg is about 60 miles from here.I'm starting to wonder if an old hoard was released. Seems strange we would both find two in the past year,plus another local I know found one.

I'm in Northwestern NJ- (Sussex County) about 40/50 miles sraight north from Trenton NJ. I'm probably under 100 miles from Philly.

I know when this DDR was first discovered in 83, I was buying rolls of new cents all over the place and found ZIPPO!

I still have the newspaper article showing the huge sideways V die scratch above Liberty as a major die marker etc. (Like you really needed that with the monster doubling on the reverse (LOL!)
