1953 NSF Penny.....pl?

There has been a lot of discussion on here about the '53 PL sets and I have been sitting on this penny for a few years, finally took time to look at it now. When I originally acquired it, it had PL on the 2x2 although I'm now starting to second guess it.

I've now noticed it's a hanging 3 and even has some doubling on the 53. Not to mention some beautiful toning minus a few spots.

If anyone can enlighten me that would be great.
