Appears to be around EF/AU. There seems to be a bright patch on the reverse between 3 and 6 o'clock which could suggest some form of cleaning.

With these pictures I am at low AU with it, thought I believe the obverse does have a weak strike. The reverse makes up for that with nice ribbon definition and what appears to be a very good strike on the III.

AU-53/55 maybe leaning 53 due to weak strike.
