1936 D Washington Quarter, Cleaned?

I figured more people would reply to a new thread. Hope it doesn't matter I made a new thread. Here's a link to the original thread: https://goccf.com/t/138290 The seller was able to email me newer photos of the coin. Can you guys give input based on the new photos as to if you think it is cleaned, and what it would grade? I personally don't think it's been cleaned, but I've been wrong many many times...
