Both are late Roman Imperial coins and I agree on the first coin being Gallienus. Tip the second coin so we can look at it head on. Perhaps something of the legend might be visible.

Full attribution of first:

AE Antoninianus
Obv: GALLIENVSAVG - Radiate head right.
Rev: VIRTVSAVGVSTI - Mars advancing left holding olive branch and holding spear; an "X" in left field.
RIC 330k - Minted Rome 260-262 AD.

The second is most likely a Constans. 1/3rd of these are another guy, but usually you'll find Constans. Reverse is FEL TEMP REPARATIO - Galley reverse. Emperor on ship, victory holding the rudder, Imp holds Labarum. It is supposed that it represents Constans visit to Britain.

Its in good condition (the reverse at least) but requires either more or possibly a lot less cleaning (hard to say from pictures).

Hey, thanks everyone, very fast responses, you would all make great paramedics :)
I will get a new, possibly a much better picture of second coin first thing tommorow and post it. It wasnt cleaned whatsoever, to be honest I'm a bit scared that I will ruin it, but I will try to find someone skilled enough to do it :) (this was my late fathers hobby, wouldnt like to mess it up)

No problem, to the forum.

I think your second coin was minted in Thessaloniki, Greece, I guess not too far from Srbija

Haha yeah, pretty close. Funny story, one of these two, not exactly sure which one, came with coin change in local supermarket :)

That's neat that one of these was found in change from the market. That's given me an idea to seed some of my culls in change when I go to the store. It just might start some new collector.

I recall another Serbian on another coin forum, he found a similar, late Roman bronze coin in the grounds of his orchard. Most of modern Serbia encompasses parts of the Roman provinces of Dalmatia and Moesia, and many great emperors came from there, such as Claudius II and Constantine I.

Yeah, Roman coins are pretty common here, you can buy bundles of 20+ coins for ~10-15 euros on flea markets etc :) People find them in gardens and fields all the time
