I bought three large cents with verdigris and thought I would post them before treating them. I actually treated this one and the verdigris has shrunk considerably. I think I may soak it though.

Bought-Some-Coins-To-Use-Verdicare-On.

I just dripped a little on the spot with a q-tip and used the cloth debris removal method but think I just want to soak it. Here is one I am soaking in distilled water and will soak it in verdi-care. Was $8 too high for this coin? Should have offered $5.

I think I overbid for the one in this lot. Someone kept bidding against me. I see it is 1817 but have to check how many stars and he variety since their are several.

I should have taken a before picture of the braided hair cent and the glob of verdigris between 9 and 10 o'clock. This is what I got so far:

Looks like it didn't help the 1837 one. I think 8 was okay.
