was going through my error coins and totally forgot to vent about this one!!
see the colour difference and they are calling my 1983p cleaned? this has more luster and cartwheel then my MS62 1995p does, this is a brass plated error and they know it, if it were cleaned there would be no luster left

is it a yellowish color? a lot of 83 are like that.

It's more green/ gold colour, there is no toning or wear for that matter ANACS just decided to give it a details cleaned lol I can 100% tell you it has not been cleaned

You have to realize that 1983 was the first full year that cents were copper coated zinc. The process had yet to be perfected. That makes for many strange but common oddities for that year.
