This is the first rotated die I've found and I think it's a good one. It looks to be about 70 degrees rotated clockwise. Would a rotation of this amount command a premium? Thanks for your input!

It should have a small premium.Have you checked ebay for prices?

I sold a similar rotated die about a year ago, same denomination and circulated as yours is, but I believe it was a 1997. It sold for somewhere around $35. I haven't paid attention to what they were selling for lately though. As John said, check out ebay's ended listings for this error.

i was going to guess around $20 - $25. Good find! I've searched through $17,000 of nickels and haven't found one of these yet.

A month ago I sold an Ocean In View 2005 Jefferson with a 75% rotation on ebay for $51. Found it in a roll. The larger the degree of rotation the more valuable it is.
