I believe this is a 1925 D LWC. It is very difficult to read the date. I don't think this is normal wear. If it is normal wear, it is very uneven between the obverse and reverse. What do you think?

Very Very Late Die State(VVLDS) coins will have that mushy and worn out appearance. Key things to look for are peripheral lettering drawn towards the rim and die crumbling at the base of Lincoln's bust.

Thank you both for sharing your knowledge.
There were 22.58 million LWC's minted in Denver in 1925.
They must have had a limited number of dies and kept using them until they crumbled.
