I guess this belongs here, despite hundreds (if not thousands) of these being sold as double-dies.
While the doubling is rather common here, the chip isn't. These '11s have some of the most shaky dates.

OK, I presume you mean 2011 Jefferson nickel as the Bison was only on the 2005.

Can you highlight where you are talking about? I see a ding in the upright of the b, but that's all I see.

It does belong in Modern US Variety and Error Coins. Even things that are not truly a variety or an error should be discussed here, if only to explain why they are neither.
