He is selling a CD with information on "How to be a Power Seller". It's people like this that give a Lot of ebay sellers a bad name.

He's selling a list of products with their wholesale prices. What a scumbag.

By the way, some of his feedback is hilarious, makes for fun reading.

I especially love the fine print that states he is in 100% compliance with ebay's rules. I think if you need to state that then you probably aren't. For what it's worth, I reported the two that are running right now as having misleading titles. That was the only option that really fit since you can't report an auction for a seller simply being a jerk.

I also sent in a Report. The system works! And I was bored so I sent him a nice note "I can't believe you are putting this garbage on here. We want people to trust sellers and you are deceiving them and taking advantage of their ignorance. I sincerely hope that ebay cancels your membership to further benefit the commerce and exchange of REAL merchandise."

I have a huge soapbox I usually get on about how ebay will one day reap what they have sown, but that day keeps looking longer and longer off, because as long as there are fools and as long as there is money, they'll be heading their own separate ways. And what does ebay care? They're just a "place where buyers and sellers can come together. (Besides, we get our cut either way.)"
