got this from a friend who owed me a favour(along with a handful of other large cents, few silvers & foreigns).

am I correct in calling it a 9 over 8 ?

also, its obvious it has some beauty marks, but would it still make F15?

Bill in Burl, good to see you posting again! For anyone who does not know Bill, he is one of the top experts in Canadian large cents. Bill has always been willing to share his knowledge and opinions, and is always enjoyable to spend time with in the pub at varioius coins shows in Ont.
