Licinius I O: IMP LICINIUS AVG, laureate bust rt. Rx: VIRTUS EXERCITI, two captives below standard with VOT XX, S & F in fields I am not finding the RIC for this one.  Also the mint has me stumped.

Tjs, nice pick up, still good details, kinds of looks like Bis or Sis, hard to tell...

I'm thinking it looks like Siscia. The bust type doesn't seem right for Aquileia. I just had a quick look on Helvetica's and I believe it to be Siscia, but the legends also can fit from Aquileia.

looked at helvitica, it looks like all siscia mint marks for licinius have something after the "sis" like a star or gamma, and this coin look clear after that. but doesn't look like "aqs" really, and appears to have another in the first spot. I'm stumped on this one.

I agree with Gil - I just think the 'A' in 'AQS' is particularly poorly formed so it doesn't look right.
I think the Siscia busts all have helmets for Licinius.

I think Gil is spot on.
Legend break, Laureate bust, field marks makes RIC 50 Aquileia the only possibility according to Dane's pages.
